Workshops

I am honored to be a 2025 Sacred Journey Fellow. This fellowship supports my work at the intersection of psychiatry, psychotherapy, and spiritual practice. Through this opportunity, I will be developing a series of workshops that explore how we can integrate psychological healing with imaginal and contemplative traditions—particularly drawing from Hindu and Buddhist lineages.

What the workshops are about

These gatherings will offer tools for healing, resilience, and spiritual connection. Rooted in Internal Family Systems, Focusing, and imaginal practices, the workshops are designed to support people in cultivating inner security, exploring relationship with the sacred, and finding new ways to hold suffering.

The initial focus will be on South Asian and Buddhist/Hindu-identified communities, but the offerings are open to anyone interested in this work.

Workshop structure

  • Offered monthly (some in-person in Pittsburgh, some virtual).
  • Sessions combine experiential practice, reflection, and dialogue.
  • Open to participants regardless of spiritual or clinical background.
  • Free or donation-based, thanks to fellowship support.

If you’re interested in attending or learning more, please sign up below. You’ll receive updates about upcoming sessions, and you can choose whether you’d like to join in person, virtually, or both.

My hope is to create a space where psychological healing and spiritual wisdom can meet—where participants feel held both in their humanity and in their sacredness. Thank you for your interest in joining me on this journey.
